Customer Service
When you place an order with the Aaron
Thomas Company, Inc. you have hired a business partner. We
treat your product and success as if it were our own. When you win, we
win. And we will put all of our years of experience on the line for you
to help you succeed in your packaging endeavors.
Your company’s inventory will be controlled
by specialized software packages that track product quantities, locations,
and WIP status. Our facilities utilize state-of-the-art pallet racks that
efficiently and safely store your product until it is needed for production
or shipment. And we offer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for companies
that require sophisticated data communications for remote production,
inventory, or transportation information.
Your project will be assigned to one of our
friendly Customer Coordinators. Your Coordinator is responsible
for maintaining your inventory balance, issuing work orders, and generating
shipping information. If you have a question, they will have the answer.
Quality
Assurance
To make sure that your product always looks
its best, we have an in-house Quality Assurance department. Our
production lines are constantly monitored to meet or exceed MIL-SPEC-105E
quality controls.
We go the extra mile for our customers. We
randomly spot check products in the field. Many of our customer's items
are shipped to warehouse clubs or general department stores. We visit
these stores to verify our quality from beginning to end consumer.

Wrapping...
Many of our customers know that we are specialists
in the multi-pack or club store market (BJ's, Costco, Sam's Club)
and are surprised to learn that we offer more services than just shrink
wrapping! We also offer award-winning packaging services such as filling,
assembly, blister and clamshell sealing, and overwrapping! Be sure to
ask your salesperson about all of our capabilities.
Also, most people are surprised by the size
of our facilities when they visit us. Our Garden Grove, CA plant occupies
over 207,000 sq. ft. while our Memphis, TN operation is housed
in a 245,000 sq. ft. building! To give you a sense of scale, most
houses have 1,800 sq. ft.!
