| A-B-C case palletizer’s brain and brawn are the solution for increased productivity July 22, 2004 The Model 72A case palletizer is designed for tomorrow's production needs … it's compact to minimize floor space requirements, it's robust, to satisfy 3 shift-a-day production demands, and it's smart, for hands-off operation and rapid, no-tools changeover. Its solid construction includes a heavy gauge steel frame, with massive counterweights operating within the side towers to counterbalance the weight of a fully loaded elevator table. In addition, the transfer table is designed with independently operating steel rollers to accommodate heavy cases, shrinkwrapped products or industrial bags. The palletizer's Intelligent Control System puts you in control at the industrial grade operator panel that provides a sensible, easy-to-follow set-up routine, on-screen diagnostics, preventative maintenance messages and much more. Changeover requires only simple selections at the touch screen panel- no tools or mechanical adjustments are required. An added feature of this Model 72A is an innovative lift and place pallet dispenser that is the real-world solution for pallet handling productivity. The A-B-C dispenser lifts the stack from the bottom pallet, allowing it to feed independently from the stack, regardless of its condition, ensuring proper feed. The A-B-C pallet stacker/dispenser easily accommodates up to a 1,000 pound load of pallets.
