The Mini-Pinch is best suited for filling aqueous solutions, thin and light oils. The Mini-Pinch is a six-head, timed flow volumetric filler, with a fill rate up to six ounces per second. An experienced operator can fill more than five thousand two-ounce bottles per hour, it is also highly accurate even when filling 15 ml. bottles. This pinch valve machine can easily be autoclaved and it's available in a complete pnuematic configuration. Our Mini-Pinch machines come complete with: adjustable table top stand, fill wand, individual flow control adjusters, six stainless steel fill nozzles, silicone and vinyl food grade tubing, pinch valve system, easy to operate micro-processor, and a pump. The Pinch-25 and the Pinch-50 are based on the same principles as the Mini-Pinch. They are also autoclaveable, however, both of these fillers are larger, stand-alone machines capable of filling at higher flow rates. In addition to larger pumps, they also have larger valves and hoses. The Pinch-25 is designed to fill .5 oz. to 48 oz. bottles and the Pinch 50 is designed to fill 4 oz. to 128 oz. bottles. The Pinch-25 and the Pinch-50 machines come complete with: six no drip fill heads, easy to operate micro-processor, one pump, adjustable heavy duty stand, can easily be made fully automatic with Automatic Bottle Indexing. All pneumatic operation is also available for flammable liquids. These machines will fill everything from water to medum viscosity hand creams and oils. The Automatic Timed Flow Volumetric Fillers come complete with: six no drip fill heads, individual fill head flow controls, a 10 foot variable speed drive conveyor, adjustable heavy duty stainless steel frame, one pump, an easy to operate Automatic Bottle Indexing unit with a digital alpha numeric display and the following features: real time adjustability, step fill, no bottle no fill, and a total bottle counter. The Automatic Timed Flow Volumetric Fillers are capable of filling products ranging from water to medium oils and creams. These machines can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 100 containers per minute. The Automatic Timed Flow Volumetrics Filler's heavy duty stainless steel construction and food grade materials allow for quick and easy clean up. The low pressure gravity delivery is ideal for freeflowing products that have little to no foam formation. With up to 12 fill head nozzles, this filler is accurate and fast. Each fill head can be individually controlled using flow controls and PLC timer controls. The user-friendly Touch Screen control package allows for complete control of the system; Job Memory, Timer Control, with automatic easy index (Bottle Counting and Entry/Exit Delay) and fill (timed) setup.
Accutek SVF Series piston fillers dispense light to viscous products through autoclaveable, drip-free nozzles. Fill volumes are adjustable from 1/8 oz. to 1 gallon depending on the size of the product cylinder and piston. Product cylinders are available in 2oz, 8oz, 16oz, 32oz, 64oz, and 128oz. Contact parts and the base are made of stainless steel.Our SVF Series piston fillers are all pneumatic and do not require a hopper although they are available. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools are required. The SVF series is ideal for filling thick creams, gels, and pastes that are used in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and specialty industries. The Mini-Piston is generally found in a Laboratory Environment because of it's small dose capibility. The AVF Series machines are designed to dispense a wide variety of liquid and semi-liquid products with or without particulates, for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and specialty industries. The range of products the AVF Series can fill is almost unlimited, ranging from water thin liquids to thick creams and pastes. They are available with three standard sized product cylinders 1-16oz., 2 - 32oz., and 6 - 64oz., and can also be custom manufactured to meet your specific needs. The AVF Series machine's heavy-duty stainless steel construction and food grade materials allow for quick and easy clean up. Options include: diving nozzles for bottom up filling of foaming and cavitating products; product suck-back nozzle kits for products that tend to string and drip; Tri-Clover "Chunky" cut-off valves for particulate products like dressing, salsa, and soup.
Accutek's Pressure Overflow fillers are designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal, and glass containers. These fillers are based on heavy-duty stainless steel frames with positive off, diving nozzles. They can fill from ounces to gallons making them ideal for filling foaming materials such as shampoos, soaps, and other free flowing products. They are made of food grade stainless steel and are easy to clean and autoclave. Note: Accutek's Automatic Pressure Overflow Fillers come with a 10 foot variable speed drive conveyor and an automaticbottle indexing unit. The Accuvac is an autoclaveable, stainless steel, tabletop vacuum filler with diving fill heads. The Accuvac is completely self contained, portable, and requires no electricity. These features make it ideal for filling everything from nail enamels to perfumes. Fill levels are adjustable and consistant, regardless of the product. The Accuvac is easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads and pushing the foot pedal. In addition to being a dedicated filler for your product line, the Accuvac can also serve as an inexpensive backup unit, eliminating down time and costly set-ups for small runs. The Accuvac models are our most affordable fillers.
Positive Displacement (PD) Fillers utilize a PD Pump Head for each fill head. Using a superior PLC Control Package allows the operator to control each individual fill head with exacting repeatable accuracy using encoding technology for fractional control of the pump head all with an easy to use visual display. The PD Pump Heads are manufactured from high quality S.S. Components and are available in 4gpm and 10gpm options. This filler is designed for higher viscocity products or when a high degree of accuracy is required. The machine is versitile enough to handle a wide range of container sizes, fill volumes, and product types making it perfect for almost any application. Semi-Automatic models are available in a 1 Head and a 2 Head. Semi-Automatic 1-Head and 2-Head PD Fillers are the perfect filler for small production runs and start-ups units. The Semi-Automatic PD Machine includes a 4 or 10gpm Positive Displacment Pump for each fill head, a S.S. Surge Tank with a Liquid Level Assembly, and a PLC Control Box all mounted on a Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Frame. This unit can be plumbed into your bulk tank and put into production RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! Designed to run a consistent volume of product, KISS has developed a unique drive and monitoring system to accurately encode and read fractional revolutions of a pump. This results in an accurate fill of product. Base design allows us to use a variety of pumps which can be suited to the product. Fill chemicals, food products or even pharmaceuticals by changing the pump utilized. Versatile enough to handle a wide range of containers with minimal change parts. A variable speed motor allows the operator to slow down or speed up all pumps to each fill head simultaneously. The motor runs continuously to achieve an accurate fill. Infrequency in fill levels caused by ramping effect of starting and stopping the power source itself is eliminated. Program up to 30 different products in a PLC to automatically call up the proper settings at the touch of a button. Fine tune each fill head independently, thus getting an extremely accurate fill (+ or -%5). Adjustments can be made while filler is running, resulting in less maintenance, tooling and downtime. CAPPERS
The Accucapper's are portable, hand-held, cap tighteners, capable of tightening or removing screw and lug type caps. All Accucapper models have adjustable cluches to eliminate cap damage and reduce insert wear. Once the cap is tight the chuck automatically stops spinning, signaling you to move on to the next bottle. All cappers includes an overhead slide rail with self-balancer that allows the Accucapper to be suspended neatly and weightlessly over-head, out of the way during case changes, reducing labor fatigue. All three Accucapper's come complete with: one over-head slide rail, one self balancer, one chuck, and one rubber insert. The Accu-Torque Tester is designed to measure the application and removal torque values of closures.
The Auto-Capper is an automatic spindle capper designed to handle most bottle types. It includes a high speed centrifugal cap feeder and can handle 200 bottles per minute. The new innovative design and intelligent electronic torque control make it easy to use and maintenance free. Also available in sem-automatic configuration. The Spindle Capper is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel and includes individual speed sets, C frame-which allows for use with any conveyor, tapered bottle gripper adjustment and is maintenance free. Optional Belt configurations for the Spindle Capper: 4" Tall belt, or double grip belts. Our Semi-Automatic Accucappers are designed to handle most bottle types including P.E.T., P.V.C., plastic, and glass. To eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear the Semi-Automatic Accucapper comes with an adjustable clutch. Note: A conveyer and an operator are required. The operator is required to place caps on the bottles as they pass by on the conveyor. Once the caps are in place, the Semi-Automatic Accucapper can then secure them onto the bottles. The Semi-Automatic Drum Accucapper is an Ultra Heavy Duty chuck capper, designed to handle bottles and caps that require high torque capacity. To eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear the Semi-Automatic Accucapper comes with an adjustable clutch. The Drum Accucapper can apply up to 300 inch pounds of torque Note: Like our standard Semi-Automatic Accucapper a conveyer and an operator are required. The operator is required to place caps on the bottles as they pass by on the conveyor. Once the caps are in place, the Semi-Automatic Accucapper can then secure them onto the bottles. The Accu-Lift Closure Elevator is designed to provide a floor-level loading source for container closures and delivers them to an automatic chuck or spindle capper feeder/orientation bowl. The Accu-Lift Closure Elevator/Orientator is designed to provide a floor-level Loading and cap Orientating source for container closures and delivers them to an automatic chuck or spindle capper feeder arm or accumulation bowl. The Orientator ensures the cap is facing the correct direction when it's loaded into the feeder arm, onto the container, and tightened by the capper, shown here. LABELERS
Labelette's PST is the Semi-Automatic Pressure Sensitive Table-top Labeler. For our price, accuracy, speed, dependability, and ease of use, this labeler is the most demanded of it's kind. The push through labeling allows faster production with less handling. This machine will label up to a 6.50 inch web width. Label length is unlimited and has been tested up to 22 inches. No compressed air is require, just plug and play. This machine has a program for front and back labeling with alternating labels on your web. Labelette's Hot Glue labeler for round containers from 1.5 oz. to one gallon capacity, up to 900 products per hour. This machine separates one label from the stack, laminates adhesive to the label, and applies it accurately to your product. Ideal for Start Up Operations and excellent as a Back-Up machine for your existing labeling operation. The Labelette SG is a Skip Glue Hot Glue Labeler. Versatile, for labeling 4 oz to gallon round containers, including shapes with ears/handle. Similer to the HG model, but also capable of skip glue and coding applications. The Labelette Pail Skip Glue is ideal for glue labeling of larger containers; 2 to 7 gallon capacity pails, up to 400 pieces per hour. Labelette's F-Style glue labeler. The Safety Sleeve Placer is used to place Safety Sleeves onto a bottle cap or container. The Accusleever has a photo eye to tell it when to drop a Sleeve onto the container. Just load the sleeve reel, set the desired sleeve length, and the machine does the rest. You can use non or perforated sleeves, and the machine has an optional accessory to perforate the sleeves horizontally or vertically. Use in conjunction with a conveyor and a Heat Tunnel. The Labelette SL1-100 is designed for speed, accuracy and efficiency at and economic price. Utilizing the same design as all our applicators in the SL series, and eliminating or reducing the electronics places the SL1-100 Applicator on the cutting edge of low end machines. The 2.5 kilowatt Heat Tunnel is made of all stainless steel construction and large easy to use controls. It also features graduated heat settings and convenient 220v single phase power. Accutek can mount your heat tunnel to your conveyor or make it free standing. The heat range of the Accu-Heat Tunnel is 125 to 290 degrees Fahrenheit. Labelette implements a true recirculating heating process that shrinks your shrink film evenly and gives your container a professional look. The G1 Heat Tunnels are made of all stainless steel construction and large easy to use digital controls with 99 recipe memories. It also features graduated heat settings and convenient 220v 3 phase at 30-60 amps, or 480 3 phase at 15-30 amps power. Accutek manufactures four standard conveyors. They are available in 5 ft., 10 ft., 15ft., and 20 ft. lengths. Each is made with a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, adjustable height stands, variable speed drives, and the belts are made from either poly-plastics or stainless steel. Conveyor beltways are available in 3 in., 4.5 in., and 6 inch widths. Ask about our inexpensive and rapidly available custom conveyor designs to help fulfill your special production needs. Accutek's Bottomless Conveyor is used for moving containers to and from turntables. The conveyor allows access for bottom batch coding and is compatible with all inkjet coding machines. The bottomless conveyor allows for smooth and easy transfer of bottles from machine to machine. Features include thick and forgiving long life gripping belts, angle adjustment for tapered bottles, electronic control for variable speed adjustment, 110 Volts, bottle size adjustment handle crank and heavy duty stainless steel contruction and accurate tracking.
Accutek's turntables are powered tables that load, unload and transfer bottles to and from the conveyor. Our tuntables are constructed from the highest quality stainless materials with variable speed drives, reversable rotation, and are height-adjustable. Tuntable tops are polished stainless steel and they're laser cut to create a perfect circle. Available in 36 inches to 60 inches. Accumulation and Unscrambling, or 15 inches, 90 Degree Transfer. Accutek transfer tables are used to make 90 degree bends in a conveying line. They can be added to your existing line or purchased with a complete filling system. The 15" 90 degree transfer is adjustable in height up to four inches.
The Accutek Bottle Orientator is manufactured and designed for long lasting durability and reliable operation. Constructed with high quality heavy duty stainless steel and aluminum. User friendly and variable speed controls on the Orientator, and Conveyor, make the Bottle Orientator easy to use. With the ability to handle different bottle sizes and shapes, the Orientator and conveyor can easily adjust to a variety of shapes and sizes from 1 oz. to 1 gallon containers. The Orientator can handle most container shapes including: round, square, rectangular, oval, tapered, F-style, etc. with few to no change parts. AUTOMATIC BOTTLE WASHER
An ideal companion to any automatic filling line. The Bottle Washer can utilize compressed gas, washing liquid, sanitizing liquid, or rinse liquid to clear debris or sanitize your containers prior to filling. Accutek’s Automatic Bottle Washer ships complete with an Automatic Bottle Indexing (ABI) System, valves and manifold with up to 12 nozzle jets, recovery basin, and a soft grip bottle grabber all based on a heavy-duty Stainless Steel frame. Unique roll up design allows the Accutek Bottle Washer to be added to any existing conveyor line or replace an obsolete Washer and placed into operation within minutes. The Bottle Washer is height adjustable with articulating feet to match existing conveyor height. Heavy-duty locking casters are optional making the Washer available for use with multiple filling lines. The Bottle Washer can also be used as a stand-alone unit when ordered with a freestanding conveyor. The Accusealer Tube Sealer, Single-Head (TS1) is a convenient, inexpensive way to seal flexible plastic tubes (non-laminated tubes). With precise and accurate control over head heat and cooling cycles for rapid crimping and release. Also available in a Six-Head model (not shown), for larger production requirements. The Accusealer Induction Sealer (IS) is the least expensive and most convenient hand-held induction sealer now available in U.S. Absolutely compatible for use with 3M, Tri-Seal, or Top Seal induction seal foil liners and inserts. Multi-controls allow you to "dial-in" optimal seal timing and heat generation for any seal. ICS-1H: A powerful,versatile hand operated induction cap sealing machine with a fully variable power output of up to either 1kW or 1.2kW (depending upon model) capable of sealing containers ranging from 15mm through to 165mm in diameter. When sealing caps in the region of 50mm diameter,this machine can achieve an output of between 12 and 15 containers per minute. The unit comes complete with a light-weight hand applicator for easy use which is connected to the power pack by a 2 metre flex. The control panel features a mains power switch/indicator, vernier power and cycle time adjustment knobs,LED power meter and status indicators. The ICS 600 is the most compact,lightweight induction cap sealing machine currently available. This unit has a fully variable power output of up to 600W and can seal containers ranging from 10mm through to 90mm in diameter. Depending upon cap size,the ICS600 can seal between 6 and 12 caps per minute making it ideal for product development, laboratory or low volume production requirements. The MICS-1 / MICS-1.4 is a compact induction cap sealing machine incorporating a specially designed induction generator and coil mounted on a mobile frame with an internal water circulator and cooler. The space saving design minimises the amount of free conveyor required to only 450mm. The machines features a solid state induction generator with either 1kW or 1.4kW output power (depending upon model) with in built flux density regulator. Uniformity of sealing is ensured regardless of the number of caps moving beneath the induction coil at any one time. The standard coil will seal 15mm to 55mm caps with no adjustment necessary whilst Relco also manufacture custom built sealing heads and ‘tunnel coils’ for particular applications and unusual closure designs. A full range of optional extras are available with both the MICS-1 and MICS-1.4 including missing foil detectors, back-up queue and container jam detectors, cocked cap detectors, container ejectors, under/over voltage protection and up-rated cooling systems for high temperature locations. The MICS-2 is a powerful self contained induction cap sealing machine designed to fit into most line arrangements without modification. Its in-built castors allow the machine to be moved easily from line to line, secured in place by use of the adjustable feet and plugged in to the nearest 200v-240v single phase mains electricity supply. The 2kW solid state induction generator is housed in an IP55 rated lockable enclosure with a remote start/stop console for external control. Facilities are provided as standard for interlocking the sealing power of the unit to the conveyor. A flashing beacon on the top of the unit indicates that sealing power has been shut down or latched off. The versatile 500mm long induction coil provided as standard is designed to seal containers in the range of 20mm through to 110mm of varying design without change. The coil mounting is fully adjustable allowing for the levelling of the head to the conveyor in both planes and the ‘skewing’ of the coil to maximise exposure where necessary for larger containers. Relco also manufacture custom built sealing heads and ‘tunnel coils’ for particular applications and unusual closure designs. A full range of optional extras are available with the MICS-2 including missing foil detectors, back-up queue and container jam detectors, cocked cap detectors, container ejectors, under/over voltage protection and uprated cooling systems for high temperature locations. The R2 is an all in one compact mobile induction sealing system featuring the latest microprocessor control and digital power regulation. This machine gives complete flexibility allowing for the sealing of 15mm through to 110mm diameter caps without any change parts and can be wheeled easily from line to line with full tool-free adjustment for head height and levelling. Relco also manufacture custom built sealing heads and ‘tunnel coils’ for particular applications and unusual closure designs. Reliable sealing is guaranteed by the microprocessor which checks the function of the machine at a rate of 1 million times per second ensuring optimum performance in all conditions. The in-built self diagnostic system constantly monitors for critical fault conditions and warns the operator if a problem occurs together with providing details of recommended remedial action. A ‘no-seal’ alarm is provided to alert operators if sealing power is shut off for any reason, this can also be interlocked to a line plc when desired. Where necessary the R2 can be built to IP66 rating for power wash-down. A full range of optional extras are available with the R2 including missing foil detectors, back-up queue and container jam detectors, cocked cap detectors, container ejectors, intelligent motorised height adjustment, under/over voltage protection and up-rated cooling systems for high temperature locations. The FCS-Auto is a fully automatic stand alone in-line foil sealing machine designed to work with a wide range of sealing foils and containers giving perfect seal consistency at high operating speeds. The machine feeds foil from a reel through a punch & die set which cuts the foil to the required seal profile. Filled containers are diverted onto the machine’s infeed conveyor and the required number of containers are stopped and held in place by a series of locating gates. Once the containers are in position, the cut foil is transferred by the sealing head (which has an internal vacuum) from the punch directly on to the sealing land area of the container. The seal is held under a pre-set pressure whilst the induction sealing cycle is run. Once the seal is made (typically between 0.4-1 second) the heads lift off and the locating gates retract allowing the containers to move back on to the production line. The use of induction sealing in this way provides better control over the sealing process, reduced sealing time, increased reliability and less down-time. All machines are custom built to suit individual applications, the number of sealing heads is variable to accommodate required output rates and change parts are available for different container types and sizes.
The Ink Jet Coder is for users who need a competively priced coder while demanding the latest in ink jet technology. The Ink Jet delivers class leading reliability and print quality. Features a single button start/stop operation, and high quality printing of up to 3 lines of text, barcodes and logos. On-screen generation and editing of graphics and logos through and easy-to-use interface. The Hot Stamp Coder is primarily used in conjunction with an existing labeler to lot code or date stamp on a label as the Labeler is applying the labels to the containers.
