Advanced Poly-Packaging Products Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc. manufactures automatic
bagging equipment and systems, pre-opened bags on rolls along and a variety
of other bags and films including flat, wicketted, & POR bags and printed roll
stock. Manual operations to fully automatic bagging systems are solutions offered
with the following equipment: Operator Panel "User-Friendly" PLC Interface Module: Quickly and easily set up bags, turn on counters or other options, control machine speed or other functions and control feeders or other auxiliary equipment. Once setup, store up to thirty (30) bag settings for future use. PLC functions include: Predetermined Counter: Preset the T-1000 to stop with a predetermined number of bags packaged. Totaling Counter: reset this counter at the beginning of each shift or day to record packaging production. Options Available Although the T-1000 is extensively equipped with many "built-in" options, various auxiliary options and equipment can easily be added for special purpose packaging, including thermal in-line printing. Advanced Poly-Bags Using Advanced Poly-BagsTM (Pre-opened bags on rolls manufactured by Advanced Poly-Packaging, Inc.) with sizes ranging from 2" x 3" to 13-1/2" x 24" and thickness from 1 mil to 5 mil, increased savings are in the bag! program allows an operator to set up the bag options and auxiliary equipment,
save the settings in memory, and recall those settings for repeat runs. Then,
simply insert the product and press a foot switch. Special Features Included On The T-1000 Energy Conservation & Component Saver To extend its life and conserve energy in your plant, the T-1000 is programmed to sequentially shut components down when not in use for extended periods. First, the motor will shut off until the foot switch is pressed or a signal is received to initiate operation. Later, current to the heater bar will discontinue and place the T-1000 in the stop mode. shortly thereafter, all air flow will be shut off preserving compressed air. Finally, a screen saver is provided, which you may set to automatically shut off after 5 minutes or 15 minutes of non-use.
