Conceived by industry pioneer Art Gustafson in response to a customer's needs, the ergonomically sensitive Algus EASYLoadR™ infeed system was designed to satisfy in-plant portability and increased production requirements. This cost-effective system allows for larger production loading areas, decreased cycle times, and lower labor and production costs.

By replacing lateral loader bins with overhead bins, the EASYLoadR™ infeed system alleviates repetitive motion injuries, simplifies complex packaging jobs, and helps pace and increase productivity.

The standard fully automated EASYLoadR™ is 73"high x 48" wide x 302" long with 11 open product load stations, with a 12” x 16” work area (custom lengths are available for additional or a reduced amount of load stations), automated feeders for inserts and/or blister cards with outside loading. Other features include an independent electro-mechanical drive system, and full PLC control with 5" touch panel. Hinged metal/Lexan® service doors allow for easy access to the feeder drive system for set-up and service.

Tooling accessories include 29 product carrier nests, a blister and card magazine, a blister plug rack and transfer suction rack. Also available is a quick change tooling feature and additional feeders for multiple insert feeding.

The EASYLoadR™ is designed to integrate with the Algus 8SR 1216, an eight-station rotary heat sealing machine for a finished product pack-out. It is the latest example of Algus Packaging's commitment to ergonomic simplicity of design and its proven engineering technology.
