Aline's Heavy Duty Thermal Impulse Sealers are industrial quality machines constructed from welded steel.  All sealers are pneumatically powered and calculated to provide an airtight/watertight seal.  Each unit features a low pressure safety close and redundant emergency stop features.  The sealers an be constructed as tabletop units or in seal lengths of up to 240 inches.  Each sealer is ideal for sealing ranges of material including polyethylene, laminated films, nylon and even Teflon.  Sealers are available in either standard thermal impulse or with repeatable and verifiable controls for medical or specialty applications.

Horizontal Sealers - Are open back feed thru offset sealers.  Material can be introduced from front-to-back or side-to-side.

Vertical Sealers - Are ideal for tall packages or freestanding liners in drums or boxes.  
The sealing jaw is height adjustable and perfect for manual or conveyor operations.

Aline's Model MP series is a tabletop bag sealer ideal for sealing of all thermoplastics and films.

This unit is perfect for budget and space conscious applications and is ruggedly built to provide years of trouble free service. Each pneumatically powered unit has sufficient jaw clearance to introduce your package from back to front or side-to-side. Standard controls include a glycerin filled gauge, pressure regulator, separate heat and cool timers and a tap to start foot pedal. This ensures that each seal will be airtight and water tight. All sealers are powder coated and therefore clean room compatible.
A bottom flange allows for this unit to be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Medical Tabletop Sealer

The ALINE MPD thermal impulse sealer is ideal for all tabletop medical pouch-sealing applications where budget or space is a paramount concern. Each unit pneumatically operated is available in 15, 20 or 25-inch seal length. A digital temperature controller allows you to program the temperature setting required to provide you with an airtight/watertight seal and the release temperature for your cool cycle. A variable timer ensures precise control over the amount of time heat is applied to your package.

With an outstanding level of process controls you can have confidence in sealing a wide range of materials including most thermoplastics and laminated foils. Each sealer is validatable and FDA/NIST traceable. Construction is very heavy duty providing the user years of trouble free operation. Standard safety features guarantee the utmost protection for your operator. The Stainless Steel finish ensures clean room compatibility and options such as the selection of band elements and water-cooling bar are available.

Aline's Impulse Hand Held sealers are ideal for sealing polyethylene and laminated foils. Applications include sealing around oddly shaped products including drum or box liners or for sealing around large objects such as furniture. Each sealer is lightweight and portable. The operator simply squeezes the handles to open the jaws and clamps on to the film being sealed. A start button located on the seal jaw is activated. An indicator light on the main housing signals the start and finish of the seal cycle.

The heat cycle is controlled by a timer on the main housing. The operator simply increases or decreases the heat as desired. Upon completion of the cycle, the operator again squeezes the jaw, releasing the sealed product. All controls are solid state. An eight foot power line cord and eight foot sealer cord is standard.

Options include flat band elements (1/8, 3/16, Ό or ½ inch), wire cut elements, or a cold cut wire. A 220 Volt option is also available. Each unit comes complete with a two-year warranty, detailed operating instructions, and a spare parts kit.

No sealer in today’s market can compare in form or function to the unique features we offer on this PLC/touch screen driven unit. Of paramount importance, this vacuum sealer contains our trademarked PRECISE SEAL process, which assures the highest level of temperature control currently available on any medical sealing apparatus. Unlike other conventional microprocessors, the PLC turns on power to the heating element by calculating the rise time of the electrical power on every 1/2 cycle and turns off by itself when it reaches zero (zero cross).

We guarantee accuracy to set point at +/- 1 degree F. This is only the beginning of some of the features and benefits available with this new technology.

We also provide three levels of pressure control. Digital low pressure for operator safety and control of the seal bar during the vacuum or purge process. Digital control of high seal pressure, with alarms, separate from the pressure controls necessary to optimize the vacuum generator. All These features guarantee exceptional control and repeatability for any sealing application.

Every unit is standard with six process recipes and password protected to guard against unintended changes in process variables. Some of the process variables include:

Tube Sealers

STS-7 Single Tube Sealer

The ALINE STS-7 Single Tube Sealer is ideal for laboratories, research facilities, R&D and quality control groups.

The unit is economical, safe and very easy to use. Other applications include sealing of small bags, generally medical in nature and minimal production runs.

The STS-7 is a self contained unit with a built in air compressor and solid state heat and cool timers. An adjustable stainless steel shelf with height gauges allow for easy changeover of various height tubes. The STS-7 can be used on all polyethylene, laminated and glaminated tubes.

Standard voltage is 110 VAC with a 220 VAC option available. The STS-7 comes with a single element for sealing plastic tubes or can be upgraded to a dual element for more difficult applications such as toothpaste tubes.

The SVS-J is our smallest piston filler, with a base of 19.5" by 9.5" and weighing approximately 35 LB. Interchangeable product cylinders range in size from .25 inches to 2 inches in diameter with a fill range from .2 to 8.5 fluid ounces. The SVS-J works well for lab use, start-up operation or small batch runs. The SVS-J has also been mounted on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines. ALESCO Tube Coder

The ALESCO Tube Coder designed to crimp the folded end of a metal tube, or the sealed end of a plastic tube.

The Alesco Coder holds 5 code dies, with choice of numbers or letters. Special longer die heads are available (to hold more characters).

Standard jaw length of 2.5” for tubes up to 1.5” diameter. Special jaw length of 4” for tubes up to 2.5” diameter.

Unit has an adjustable mechanical stop to control jaw pressure and prevent cutting.

Constant Heat Sealers

Aline model HDCH Heavy Duty Constant Heat Sealer is ideal for laboratory testing of thermoplastic and laminated materials. Each unit is available with a bar sealer, heat platen or machined tooling for contour shapes.

Standard features include pressure regulator and gauge, a variable timer, digital temperature control and a low-pressure safety descent. All construction is heavy duty for high pressure sealing applications. Powder coat finish makes the HDCH clean room compatible. 110 or 220 Volt is available.

The ALINE UNITIZED SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINE is a versatile, new generation shrink wrap machine, engineered for high speed, high efficiency HEAT SEALING AND SHRINKING OF ALL FILMS. Completely self-contained, sequencing of each step is controlled automatically. Solid state dependability. No air supply required. Simply plug in and run. The counter balanced, heavy duty, right angle L-Sealer frame locks automatically when lowered over an item of any configuration. A sealing wire sensor provides the correct amount of heat sealing pressure for a prescribed period of time, then opens the sealing head automatically to accept the next package. An automatic hole burner allows trapped air to escape when desired and is standard equipment.

Sealed package is then conveyed on an open mesh, Teflon-coated conveyor belt into the thermostatically controlled, dual heat, high energy shrink tunnel. Conveyor belt features variable speed control with automatic load compensation benefits. Result: an economical, shrink wrapped package conforming to physical outline of packaged item. Inexperienced personnel can operate the machine at maximum production rates.

Individual Sealers

The outstanding ALINE Sealer is a semi-automatic machine engineered to SEAL ALL FILMS for heat sealing applications. All sequences are performed automatically. No air line required. Features a right angle impulse sealer frame; sealing wire sensor; quick adjust loading shelf; Teflon-coated, open mesh conveyor belt with built-in controls for speed and load capacities. Unit is compatible with ALINE Tunnels.

Individual Tunnels
