| ONE MACHINE - DUAL HEADS FOR WAREHOUSE SNACK PACKS October 26, 2004 Ronkonkoma , NY, USA FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE All Packaging Machinery Corp. now makes available a USDA approved heavy duty Dual Head Vertical Sealing System with a lower carry variable speed conveyor for light to heavy duty applications. This continuous band sealer will seal and trim tyvek, polymylar, nylon, poly-coated paper, foil, coextrusions, and polylaminated materials. Machine will also seal polyethylene and polypropylene and other unsupported films. Supplied with Positive Vacuum Scrap Top Trim Removal System. A digital heavy duty temperature controller maintains temperature up to 500 degrees +/-2 degrees Fahrenheit assuring quality seals at all times. The operator simply places the bagged product onto the continuously moving conveyor where it is carried through the heating and cooling section of the machine. The spring loaded heavy duty chrome plated sealing bars followed by cooling section maintain constant pressure during the sealing process, assuring a 1/8”, 1/4” or a 3/8” wide quality hermetic seal throughout the sealing cycle. A trim feature follows the cooling section which provides a cold trim above the hermetic seal with scrap accumulator. No compressed air required. Complete sealing assembly is adjustable for varied height products with crank handle adjustment and will travel over a five foot long by six inch wide variable speed conveyor with wipe down belt. Lower adjustable stainless steel rails are featured on the conveyor which prevents product drop off. The operation of this machine is simple. Sealing assembly and conveyor speed up to 60’ per minute is quickly selected by rotating a single control knob on the panel. Unit is designed with a variable speed ultra quiet DC gear motor with stainless steel heavy duty shafting throughout. Optional embossing coder available with one of two line codes. System is highly recommended for the packaging of warehouse type large bags with handles requiring a double seal. Single Head models are standard. For details contact: |
