All Packaging Machinery Corp., Ronkonkoma, NY now makes available a new compact vertical form, fill and seal bagging system.

Up to 60% savings on material and labor when compared to pre-made bags or special perforated bags on a roll. The Packmaster is designed to accept center folded polyethylene, LLDPE, shrink films, both plain and preprinted. Centerfolded film roll stock in all different roll widths and mil thickness are readily available from many sources of supply.

Digital temperature controller maintains precise heat settings up to 500 +/- 2. Heavy duty construction is utilized throughout for use in high production areas. Noise levels are significantly reduced during sealing cycle as a result of unique engineering design.

Produces bag sizes ranging from 12" horizontal x 8" vertical down to 2" x 1". Up to 10" jaw opening standard. Designed for rapid product changeover and continuous operation for maximum output with minimum downtime. Optional print registration is available for printed film or you can utilize the PLC with digital readings for precise cut off length.

Saving of labor is realized since the model APM-Packmaster is designed to automatically make, fill, close and discharge the completed package. The operator's only function is the placement of the product into the automatically made bag. Easily adaptable automated infeeds and outfeeds are available to create a complete packaging system. Unit can also be hopper fed with or without an operator.

Ease of operation; computer controlled and closed loop control of sealing temperatures insured easy setup, quality seals and consistent performance; smokeless and odorless. Single pack and multi pack (multiple loose items) versions span a wide range of packaging needs. Unit is designed to package a wide range of products: jewelry, game pieces, electrical parts, hardware, books, magazines, pet products, hobby kits, paint roller sets, hospital supplies, computer supplies, gift wraps, paper products, arts and crafts, etc.
